You can have a range of support coordination funding in your NDIS plan. ‘Support Coordination’ and ‘Specialist Support Coordination’ have a similar function, to help you understand your NDIS plan and ensure you are linked with the right services and support.
Specialist Support Coordination is level 3 funding which is a higher level of support coordinaiton. Specialist Support Coordination focuses on managing risks such as homelessness, guardianship, or a crisis situation. A specialist support coordinator will assess and identify any barriers and implement strategies that support you to meet your goals.
Choosing the right COS service is essential to ensure you receive the best possible care and support. A Specialist Support Coordinator will identify and understand the barriers impacting the participant’s ability to access, use and maintain their supports and find solutions to address these barriers. Our team is experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We will design a service plan which is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life establish a process to overcome barriers, including prioritising factors that need to be addressed first and what supports need to be in place immediately.
